The NRF CIO Council offers participation specifically to the most senior technology executive within NRF member retail companies. Participants share the goal of improving the knowledge, standing and influence of retail technology leaders.
The council currently consists of more than 140 CIOs and CTOs, representing a broad cross-section of retail member companies. Council meetings provide unique opportunities for peers to network and engage with industry experts and policy stakeholders.

The council convenes through virtual and in-person meetings, including NRF’s Retail Big Show held in New York City each January.
