The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council is open to executives within NRF member retail companies who are responsible for incorporating diversity and inclusion into the fabric of their company culture. The goal of the council is to further discuss and promote diversity and inclusion in the retail community.
Meetings provide opportunities for members to exchange ideas and best practices on issues that seek to enhance diversity in the retail corporate workplace.
Members have access to:
- Benchmarking calls and surveys
- Memos about upcoming legislation that could affect retail businesses
- Exclusive invitations to webinars and special programs

The council convenes virtually on the second Thursday of every month.

Eligibility
The council is open to executives within NRF retail member companies who are responsible for incorporating diversity and inclusion into the fabric of their company culture, such as corporate leadership, diversity officers, human resources professionals, legal departments and operations executives.
