The IT Security Council is open to retail sector cybersecurity leaders and technical experts within NRF retail member companies who exchange information on current cyber threats and industry best practices. The goal of the council is to provide a platform for members to engage with industry, academic and government stakeholders on cybersecurity issues of specific interest to the retail sector.
Meetings
The council convenes virtually and meets in-person at Retail’s Big Show, held in New York City each January, and at the security-focused NRF PROTECT.
Eligibility
The NRF IT Security Council is open to cybersecurity leaders and technical experts within NRF retail member companies, such as CISOs, VPs, directors, senior managers in information security, IT, compliance and loss prevention, or at NRF’s discretion.
