The Strategic Supply Chain Council provides senior-level executives guidance and technical expertise on issues affecting retailers’ management and security of their international supply chains.
This council shares updates on supply chain issues and convenes NRF members to converse on key challenges and legislative and regulatory proposals affecting the retail supply chain.
Meetings
The council convenes through monthly conference calls and two in-person meetings per year.
Ad hoc calls are held as needed.
Eligibility
The NRF Strategic Supply Chain Council is open to senior-level executives within NRF member retail companies, such as those responsible for the global supply chain, transportation, sustainability and logistics.

The NRF Strategic Supply Chain Council provides strategic leadership in support of NRF’s other supply chain-focused member communities, including the International Trade Advisory Committee (ITAC), Sustainability Council and Food Supply Chain Committee.
The NRF Strategic Supply Chain Council members may request benchmarking surveys of council members.
