Luciana Rocha-Goldman is the member relations liaison at the National Retail Federation. In this role, she engages with NRF members to establish trust and cultivate strong professional relationships while informing them of the benefits of being an NRF member. Rocha-Goldman also supports the Federation of International Retail Associations (FIRA) Secretariat, managing many aspects of FIRA engagement, representing 42 associations in 23 countries.
Before joining NRF, Rocha-Goldman worked as the senior manager, membership and programs for the Brazil-U.S. Business Council, which operates under the administrative aegis of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. In this capacity, Rocha-Goldman managed member relations to secure membership retention and maximize engagement with Council’s activities.
Based in Pennsylvania, Rocha-Goldman is originally from Brazil. She holds a Master of Laws degree from American University Washington College of Law, and a J.D. equivalent from Universidade de Uberaba, in Minas Gerais, Brazil.
