NRF Names Jill Dvorak as New Senior Vice President of Content

WASHINGTON – The National Retail Federation announced that Jill Dvorak has returned to the organization as senior vice president of content. 

“We are delighted to welcome back Jill Dvorak to NRF. Her background and expertise will play a key role in NRF’s commitment to provide innovative content and exceptional value for our members,” NRF President and CEO Matthew Shay said. “Jill’s experience in the retail industry will create new avenues for NRF to reach stakeholder audiences and advance the greater interests of retailers, their associates and the customers they serve in communities large and small across the globe.”

Dvorak previously served at NRF as vice president of content and retail strategy from 2017 to 2022. In her new role, Dvorak will drive the overall strategic and operational leadership for global content. She will leverage her industry experience to identify issues and opportunities to deliver relevant content, oversee engagement with the NRF Digital Council and NRF Marketing Executives Council, and support the ongoing development of NRF’s growing international portfolio.

“I am inspired by NRF’s commitment to championing retail and its work in empowering retail employees and businesses with the tools they need to succeed,” Dvorak said. “I am thrilled to return to NRF and look forward to continuing the organization’s remarkable efforts in informing and engaging new audiences about the retail industry.”

Prior to returning to NRF, Dvorak was the chief content officer at CommerceNext, a community, event series and conference for marketers at retail and direct-to-consumer brands. She oversaw the development of industry-leading content across CommerceNext’s annual conference, executive summit, webinars and other initiatives.

Her background also includes ecommerce, marketing and technology roles at brands such as National Geographic, Discovery Communications and Encyclopedia Britannica.
