The NRF AI Working Group is a retail members-only working group that provides feedback on proposed AI legislation and regulations, advises NRF on developing common principles and guidelines for retail uses of AI, and helps NRF educate policymakers and the media on how retailers are using AI-enabled technology to improve their operations and better serve customers.
The IT Security Council (ITSC) is NRF’s primary membership group for retail sector cybersecurity leaders and technical experts. It provides a forum for its members to exchange information on current cyber threats and industry best practices, and engage with industry, academic and government stakeholders on cybersecurity issues of specific interest to the retail sector.
The NRF CIO Council is a member group open exclusively to the most senior technology executive within NRF-member retail companies. The Council currently has more than 125 CIOs and CTOs as part of its membership, representing a broad cross-section of NRF’s large and medium-sized member companies.
